GameSalad Names COO

Austin-based GameSalad, which develops iPhone game creation software, said last week that it has named Frank Coppersmith as its Chief Operations Officer. Coppersmith will oversee the firm's Austin studio operations, and also lead development of GameSalad. Coppersmith has previously served as VP, Finance and Administration for Challenge Online Games, and also General Counsel of Toppan Photomasks. GameSalad was until recently known as Gendai Games.
