MicroVentures In Deal With CapLinked

Austin-based MicroVentures, which operates an online marketplace for finding small business funding, has inked a deal with a provider of investor management software. According to MicroVentures and CapLinked, users of MicroVentures will get access to CapLinked's online software used for managing deal information, deal documents, and investor updates and information. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. MicroVentures is headed by Bill Clark, who was previously a portfolio manager in the risk-management division at PayPal. CapLinked is also headed by an PayPal veteran, Eric M. Jackson, and is based in Los Angeles.
