Southwest Ties with Microsoft On Windows 7 Promo

Dallas-based Southwest Airlines and software giant Microsoft are in a promotional deal which features free holiday photos with Santa at airport terminals. According to Microsoft and Southwest, the two will be offering up free holiday photos to customers in 26 airports nationwide as part of a holiday travel promotion, starting December 2nd. The two said they will have special "Santa's Workshops" set up at airports, where travelers can have their photo taken with Santa or with a holiday-themed backdrop, and which will introduce those travelers to editing and viewing those photos on Windows 7. Travelers will have the option to print out a photo at the airport, or download the photo from a web site. Financial details of any business arrangements between Southwest and Microsoft were not announced.
