MetroPCS Acquires The Rest Of Royal Street Communications

Dallas-based MetroPCS Communications said this morning that it has acquired the remaining 15 percent of Royal Street Communications LLC. The firm said that following the acquisition, Royal Street will be renamed MetroPCS Networks LLC, and has become a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the company. MetroPCS is a provider of no annual contract, wireless communications services.
