eCarList Buys CRM Software Provider

Dallas-based eCarList, a developer of automotive inventory management and online marketing software, said today that it has acquired DealerUps, a developer of automotive CRM solutions for dealers. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. eCarList said it will integrate CRM into its inventory management and online marketing products. eCarList is headed by Len Critcher.
