eCarList Acquired By DealerTrack

Dallas-based eCarList, the developer of inventory management and online marketing tools for automotive dealers, has been acquired by DealerTrack Holdings, DealerTrack said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. DealerTrack said the acquisition was made by its DealerTrack AAX subsidiary, in an asset deal. According to DealerTrack, eCarList's President and CEO, Len Critcher, will remain with the combined company, along with the entire eCarList management team.
