Dell Closes SecureWorks Deal

Round Rock-based Dell said Tuesday that it has closed its acquisition of SecureWorks, a provider of information security services. Dell originally announced the deal on January 4th. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dell said the acquisition expands its IT-as-a-service offerings.
