GlobalSCAPE Rolls Out New Hosted SMB Product

San Antonio-based GlobalSCAPE, which develops file transfer software, said Tuesday that it has launched a new, hosted product for the SMB market. The firm said that its GlobalSCAPE Hosted Enhanced File Transfer Server, which is hosted on Rackspace, allows users to exchange business data like large files and sensitive data via the cloud. The firm said that by offering the hosted service, it could reduce host, provide tracking and auditing, and provide greater security and compliance to SMB customers.
