Chemical Market Associates Acquired By IHS

Chemical Market Associates, Inc., a provider of advisory services for the petrochemical, specialty chemicals, fertilizer, plastics, fibers and chlor-alkali industries, has been acquired by IHS. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. IHS is a large analyst and consulting firm based in Colorado. Chemical Market Associates (CMAI) has operations in Houston.
