Dairy.com Acquires Analyst Firm

Frisco-based software-as-a-service developer Dairy.com, which develops cloud-based software for the dairy industry, said today that has acquired Blimling and Associates and two sister companies. Blimling and Associates is a group of analysts serving the dairy market. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Dairy.com is a provider of Internet-based dairy and dairy commodity trading software. The firm said the acquisition includes Blimling and Associates Inc., Roger W. Blimling Inc. and Blimling Management Services Inc.
