GlobalSCAPE Names Hawkins CFO

San Antonio-based GlobalSCAPE, the developer of file transfer software, said today that it has named Randall Hawkins as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Hawkins replaces Mendy Marsh, who the firm said has resigned to pursue other interests. Hawkins was previously VP of Finance with Keystone Directories, and also has served at Homann Tire, ltd., Programming Concepts, and Cooper Industries. GlobalSCAPE makes FTP and other related file transfer software.
