UTSA Launches Cybersecurity Research Center

The University of Texas at San Antonio College of Business said Friday that it has established a new, cybersecurity research center. The school said that the new center, the Center for Education and Research in Information and Infrastructure Security (CERI²S), will be direct by Dr. Fred Chang. The new center will focus on countering malware, intrusion detection avoidance and digital forensic string search , among other research projects.
