Illumitex Raises $13.52M

Austin-based Illumitex, a developer of high power, LED lighting systems, has raised $13.52M more in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. Illumitex is venture backed by New Enterprise Associates, DFJ Mercury Venture Partners, and Aweida Venture Partners.
