TriQuint Names VP

Triquint Semiconductor, a supplier of RF semiconductors, said Thursday that it has named James L. Klein as its Vice President and General Manager of its Richardson, Texas-based Defense and Aerospace business. Klein was most recently at Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems division, and also has served at Texas Instruments.
