XFONE Buys Broadband Customers

Lubbock-based XFONE, the provider of high speed broadband and Internet access, as well as local and long distance telephone service, said today that it has reached a deal with Reach Broadband, to acquire approximately 1800 cable customers and equipment in Brownfield, Anton, Abernathy, Hale Center, Idalou, O’Donnell, Olton, and Tahoka, Texas. Financial details of the purchase were ont disclosed. The deal came via XFONE's subsidiary, NTS Communications Inc.
