Neospire Acquired By Hosting.com

Dallas-based Neospire, a provider of managed hosting services, has been acquired by Hosting.com, Hosting.com announced this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. NeoSpire was founded in 1999, and was headed by Mitch Gervis and Derek Wilson. Hosting.com is backed by private equity firm Pamlico Capital. The firms said that Neospire was advised by DH Capital and Patton Boggs, LLP in the transaction, with Alston and Bird LLP, Ernst and Young LLP, W. David Snead, EKS&H, and Moreton & Company advising Hosting.com in the deal.
