Reddwerks Bumps Funding To $5.8M

Austin-based Reddwerks has bumped its current funding round to $5.8M, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. The firm--which has been in the midst of a Series C-3 Preferred stock round since November of last year--said in the filing that it is targeting a total of $7.5M in the ongoing round. The firm had raised about $1.6M of the current funding in April. Reddwerks is a provider of warehouse management software product, which helps companies with managing shipping and fulfillment of their products. The firm is headed by Jean Belanger.
