Reddwerks Acquired By Dematic

Austin-based Reddwerks, which develops supply chain automation software, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Dematic, the companies said Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Both companies develop software used by retailers and manufacturers to manage their supply chain and order fulfillment. The companies said that Reddwerks will become a subsidiary of Dematic, under the name Dematic Reddwerks.
