Dematic Completes Reddwerks Acquisition

Atlanta-based Dematic announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Austin-based Reddwerks, which it had previously announced in November. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. Reedwerks is a developer of softare used for warehouse management and supply chain. Dematic said Reddwerks has become Dematic Reddwerks as a result of the acquisition. Dematic has not said how the buy will impact employment in Austin.
