Austin Tops In State For Startups, Says Report

The latest report from Texas Entrepreneur Networks, the networking effort run by Hall T. Martin, says that Austin was the top location for startup funding in Texas for Q3, although Dallas startups received the highest dollar amount in the quarter. The group said that venture capitalists and angels invested $817.59M in the quarter, with North Texas hauling in $480.68M, and Central Texas with $280.40M in investments.
