Trilogi Acquired By Colorado Software, Services Firm

Trilogi, a provider of revenue cycle management services for the healthcare industry with operations in Dallas, has been acquired by Colorado software and service firm Recondo Technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Recondo develops revenue management software and services, used by healthcare providers to manage insurance claims and payments. Recondo said it is integrating Trilogi's workflow and processes into its software services. Trilogi had operation in Dallas and Lakeland, Florida.
