Securadyne Systems, Backed By Private Equity, Buys SecureNet
Dallas-based Securadyne Systems, a newly formed firm which is being backed by private equity group Pamlico Capital, announced today that it has acquired systems integrator SecureNet, a provider of systems integration services which is also based in Dallas. Financial terms of the acquisition and private equity were not disclosed. Securadyne Systems said it is led by security industry veterans Carey Boethel and Ken Francis. Boethel was previously head of Siemens' Security Solutions. Francis was prevoiusly at UTC's Security Products Group. Pamlico said it is supporting Securadyne with equity capital, with the intent of supporting a number of additional acquisitions across different geographies.
