Securadyne Systems Buys Systems Integrator

Dallas-based Securadyne Systems, a private equity backed provider of enterprise security systems and cloud-based security products, said this morning that it has acquired systems integrator Surveillance Specialties. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Securadyne is backed by private equity firm Pamlico Capital. Securadyne said the acquisition is the second for the company. Surveillance Specialties provides security systems integration in New England, and was founded in 1986.
