Omni Water Solutions Gains $7.9M
Austin-based Omni Water Solutions, a developer of water treatment systems for use in oil fracking operations, said last week that it has raised $7.9M in funding. The funding was led by Austin Ventures, and also included a number of family offices involved with the land, oil, and gas industry. The firm said the funding will go to build and deploy its treatment units for oil and gas operations. The firm's equipment is used for treatment of high volume, contaminated water supplies. The company is led by Warren Sumner. More information »
