Omni Water Solutions Finds $4M More

Austin-based Omni Water Solutions, the developer of mobile water treatment systems being used in the oil and gas industry, has raised another $4M in funding, the company said this week. The company said the new funding came from Austin Ventures, the company's prior backers. As part of the funding, Omni Water Solutions said it has added Marc Rowland, currently head of exploration and production company Infnity Resource, to its board. Rowland has also previously served at Chesapeake Energy Corp and FTS International. Omni Water Solutions develops water treatment technology being applied to treat and re-use water in fracking operations for oil and gas companies. More information »
