Bazaarvoice Names Board Member, Execs

Austin-based Bazaarvoice has made a new board appointment, and added two new executives, the firm said this morning. Bazaarvoice said that it has added Sydney Carey, the EVP and CFO of TIBCO to its board, and appointed Kelly Connery as General Manager Brands North America, and Matthew Schatz as GM, Retail and Emerging Markets. The provider of ratings and reviews software for e-commerce customers said that TIBCO's Carey also will be Chairperson of its Audit Committee. It announced the addition of Connery and Schatz separately, saying those two will report to COO Heather Brunner.
