Bazaarvoice Founder Departs Board

Brett Hurt, the founder of Austin's Bazaarvoice, says he is no longer involved at the company, and is no longer on the Bazaarvoice Board of Directors. Hurt--who disclosed the departure on his personal blog--thanked the Bazaarvoice team and called the experiance the company the "most transformational period" in his life and career. Hurt left Bazaarvoice's executive team back in November of 2012, and spent some time at Austin Ventures and attempted in 2013 to start a new venture firm called Hurt+Harbach.
