BAF Technologies Buys ServoTech
Dallas-based BAF Technologies, which converts vehicles to use natural gas, has acquired auto emissions products firm ServoTech Engineering, based in Belleville, Michigan. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. BAF, which is owned by Clean Energy Fuels, said the deal will help it get more vehicles on the road faster. BAF said it has so far produced more than 20,000 compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles. ServoTech provides auto emissions research and development, testing, and related services for auto manufacturers and vehicle converters.
