Seed Labs Acquired By Cvent

Austin-based mobile developer Seed Labs has been acquired by online registration and event management firm Cvent, Cvent said Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Seed Labs develops a wide range of mobile apps for iOs, Android, and other platforms. Seed Labs was headed by Todd Rogers.
