Masergy Buys Broadcore

Dallas-based Masergy, the provider of communications services, said this morning that it has acquired Broadcore Communications, a provider of cloud communications services, including hosted voice services, PBX, SIP trunking, and other voice-over-IP and related services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
