Noesis Energy Lands $8M For Energy Management Service
Austin-based energy management software and services firm Noesis Energy has raised $8M in funding, and launched a new free online energy management service, the company said this morning. The new funding round was a Series B, and was led by Black Coral Capital, and also included prior investor Austin Ventures. Rob Day of Black Coral joins the company's board with the funding. Noesis provides a service which helps building managers manage and control their energy costs, by helping those businesses monitor energy use, plan lighting upgrades, select energy rate plans, and more.
