Astadia Acquired By Private Equity Firm

Dallas-based Astadia, a provider of cloud computing consulting and systems integration services, has been acquired by private equity group The Gores Group. Financial details of the deal were not announced by the companies. Gores said it would combine Astadia with Idea, a current portfolio firm of the company which provides business and technology integration solutions and services.
