ShopSavvy Snags Exec From Klout

ShopSavvy, the developer of barcode scanning and comparison shopping apps, said Monday that it has snagged a former Klout executive as its new VP of Product. ShopSavvy said that Chris Makarsky has been named Vice President of Product, and will be responsible for improving the shopping experience with the company's mobile apps. Makarsky was most recently head of product for Klout, and previously worked at Zynga and Yahoo!. ShopSavvy is based in Dallas.
