Dell Targets SAP Users With Migration Service

Plano-based Dell Services, the IT consulting arm of Dell, is expanding its offerings today, with a new service to help customers migrate their SAP installations. Dell Services said it has launched its ZeroIMPACT migration service specifically designed for SAP, to help customers transition from outdated IT environments to more modern environments. Dell said its new service and related tools will allow customers to continue running while migrating their installations. Pricing on the new offering was not announced. Dell said it has recently become part of SAP's certification and channel programs as part of the expansion.
