Accent on Integration Acquired By Iatric Systems

Dallas-based Accent on Integration, a provider of healthcare system and patient care device integration technology and services, has been acquired by Massachusetts-based Iatric Systems, the firms announced today. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Iatric said it will retain all of Accent on Integration's personnel, including co-founders Marc C. Andiel and Jeff McGeath. Iatric provides healthcare IT integration services.
