Air Liquide's Acquisition Of Voltaix Completes

Air Liquide, the big multinational chemicals supplier which has its U.S. headquarters in Houston, said it has completed its acquisition of electronics materials firm Voltaix. Air Liquide had announced the acquisition of Voltaix back in June. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced. Voltaix is a manufacturer of materials which are used to produce semiconductor devices and advanced solar cells, including materials based on silicon, germanium, and boron. Air Liquide said Voltaix had 185 employees.
