Alert Logic Sees Growth In Q3
Houston-based software developer Alert Logic said today that it saw strong Q3 2013 results for the firm, with revenues of $10.8M for its quarter ending September 30th. The company said that is up 40 percent versus the third quarter of 2012, and up 7 percent from the second quarter of 2013. Alert Logic--which is privately held--said it plans to reach a $50M run rate by the end of 2013. The company attributed the growth to its offerings for the public and private cloud markets. The company also said it now has more than 2,300 customers using its product. Alert Logic had sales of $30.6M in 2012. The company is now owned by private equity firm Welsh Carson.
