NQ Mobile Board Hires Forensics Accounting Firm, Legal Help

Dallas- and Beijing-based mobile Internet services company NQ Mobile--which is under fire by a short seller alleging the company is a "massive fraud"--said today that an independent special committee of its Board of Directors has hired Sheraman & Sterling LLP, assisted by Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Limited, for an independent review of allegations of the fraud. NQ Mobile said the short seller's report "contains numerous errors of fact, false suppositions and malicious interpretations of events".
