Eltek Claims Win Over ZTE

Eltek, the developer of high efficiency, DC power supplies used in the telecommunications, industrial, and other markets which has its U.S. headquarters in Plano, is claiming a legal win in Norway, after competitor ZTE agreed to halt all sales and marketing of a disputed product in that country. Eltek had sued ZTE in Norway, alleging patent infringement by its competitor. Eltek had sued ZTE Norway AS, a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation, over its products. The two are still waiting for a ruling from the European Patent Office over that lawsuit.
