Houston Technology Center Names New Chairman

The Houston Technology Center said this week that it has named Paul Siegele as Chairman of its board of directors. Siegele is the president of Chevenron Energy Technology Company (ETC), and heads up Chevron's global upstream and downstream technology research and development and technical services arm. According to the HTC, Siegele succeeds outgoing chairman Dick Williams, president of Shell Wind Energy. The HTC says it has more than 50 leaders from Houston's technology industry on its board. The HTC provides startup incubation and acceleration services to local startups.
