Cirrus Logic Completes Acoustic Technologies Buy

Austin-based semiconductor developer Cirrus Logic reported this week that it has completed its acquisition of Acoustic Technologies, which develops embedded firmware for voice processing. Cirrus Logic had announced the acquisition back in October of last year. Cirrus announced the completion of the buy as part of its quarterly results this week, when it said its revenues rose to $218.9M in its fiscal third quarter. Cirrus Logic has not announced financial details of the acquisition of Acoustic Technologies.
