Luminator Technology Group Sold To Another Private Equity Buyer

Plano-based Luminator Technology Group, a manufacturer of display, lighting, and passenger communciations systems, has been sold to a private equity buyer--by its existing private equity owner. Levine Leichtman Capital Partners said it sold Luminator Technology Group (LTG) to Audax Group. Financial details of the sale were not announced. LTG serves the mass transportation, aerospace, and other markets.
