Luminator Technology Group Acquired By Private Equity Firm

Plano-based Luminator Technology Group, a supplier of information system and LED displays for the municipal transportation and other industries, has been acquired by private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. Levine Leichtman said it acquired Lumniator from Mark IV, LLC. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
