Skyonic Snags $12.5M For Carbon Capture

Austin-based carbon capture technology developer Skyonic said this morning that it has raised another, $12.5M in venture funding, to go towards developing its products. Skyonic--led by Joe Jones--said the funding came from Canadian energy firm Enbridge, and also included prior investor ConocoPhillips. Skyonic's technology converts CO2 generated in power plants to more useful products, such as hydrochloric acid and calcium carbonate. More information »
