Tsugi Acquired By Unity Technologies

Austin-based game testing software startup Tsugi has been acquired by game engine developer Unity Technologies, Unity said this morning, to help add to its services for developers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tsugi is a developer of software use for building, testing, and deploying games. As part of the buy, Unity Technologies said it will be opening an new office in Austin--Unity Austin--which it plans to grow with multiple teams.
