Latest High Tech Job In Texas: Space Farmer?

In what might be the most unique job yet out of the growth of the high tech industry in Texas, space rocket developer SpaceX has just posted a job looking for a farmer at its MacGregor operations. The high tech space vehicle developer said it is seeking a farmer with a minimum of 10 years of row crop farming experience in central Texas, with working knowledge of every process required for crop production in the region, and experience in repair and maintenance of John Deere agricultural equipment. Agriculture.com speculates the position has to do with tax exempt status for agriculture here, as much as it does for space exploration.
