Parking Panda Launches In Austin

Parking Panda, a startup offering up a way for drivers to find, reserve, and pay for parking on their mobile phone, said over the holidays that it has expanded into Austin. The company--which already offers its service in Dallas, Houston, and a number of other Texas cities--said it is focused on helping users find daily, monthly, and event parking, plus guaranteed parking even if a location sells out. Parking Panda's app shows pricing and availability of parking structures on a map, with distances and details, and lets you reserve parking in advance.
