Circuitronics Acquired By Corridor Capital
Irving-based printed circuit board assembly and manufacturer Circuitronics has been acquired by private equity investor Corridor Capital, according to Circuitronics' most recent owner, LongWater Opportunities. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. Circuitronics provides electronic manufacturing services, including rapid prototype development, PCB assembly, design for manufacturing and design for testing services, electronic component sub-assembly, and end-of-life supply chain services. The company was founded in 1971, and acquired by Dallas-based private equity firm LongWater in 2009.
