Trend Micro Dangles $10,000 In Internet Safety Video Competition

Dallas-based Trend Micro, the developer of security software, said it is looking to give away $10,000 to the top winner in a new competition, and a total of $20,0000 in prizes, to help youth share how to get onto the Internet safely. Trend Micro said it will award $10,000 to individual film makers and schools, who share their personal lessons which will help others get online safely. Trend Micro said the winners will be judged on their ability to inspire, as well as how effectively contestants have promoted their entries via social media. Deadline for the What's Your Story contest is April 21st.
