Community Techknowledge Acquired By Social Solutions Global

Austin-based Community Techknowledge, a developer of sofware for nonprofits, has been acuqired by Social Solutions Global. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Social Solutions Global is based in Baltimore, Maryland. Communnnnity Techknowledge was headed by Kthryn Engelhardt-Cronk. Social Solutions said the buy helps it enhance its product offerings across more segements and markets.
